Only The Poets at the Electric Ballroom

With this being their first headline tour the excitement and energy held in the room whilst numerous hit songs such as Youngblood and blank space played effectively building up an upbeat atmosphere. With an audience of largely teenage girls having anticipated this gig for the past year since their compilations “demos” were released, as they queued outside the electric ballroom all day waiting in anticipation.

The audience were easily able to gather the excitement alongside the band members themselves to play their largest gig yet with a capacity of 1500, as the drums set the beat for the first song “Stolen Bikes” lead singer, Tommy Longhurst, bounced off the walls with both exited and predictably nervous energy.

Their set list continued to thrill fans throughout with a song off of their brand new EP “Nana’s House” released on the 7th of October followed by a new, unreleased song which managed to keep the audience in the mo
